Quite Revealing:
Known problems

The following describes known problems in Quite Revealing. This page was updated on 19 November 2007.

  1. In Mac OS X Leopard, buttons and information may be missing. Fixed in 1.8c. Download now!.
  2. Previews are sometimes the wrong page size. Fixed in 1.8c. Download now!.
  3. On Mac OS X, cannot find plug-ins folder for Acrobat 6.0 or later. You can now use the Installer that comes with the plug-ins. Alternatively, you can use the Plug-in Manager to install or remove plug-ins in Acrobat 6.0..
  4. On the Macintosh with Acrobat 6.0, "Unable to access preferences" is repeatedly written. You need 1.6 for Acrobat 6.0.
  5. Plug-ins not seen in Acrobat 7.0 or 8.0 You need 1.7 or later for Acrobat 7.0. You need 1.8 or later for Acrobat 8.0 If installing manually, make sure that the Quite Revealing.acroplugin and Quite Revealing UB.acroplugin files are installed..
  6. Strange or unexpected previews. Many problems have been fixed. Please always start by downloading the latest version. If the problem persists, we would like to know about it.
